Do I need to be in coaching to join the Esther Exchange?
No. The Esther Exchange is open to women at any stage and often serves as an entry point into the Becoming Esther journey.
Is coaching included in the Esther Exchange?
No. Coaching is a separate, guided experience with curriculum, assessments, and direct leadership development. The Exchange does not include coaching.
Can I be in both at the same time?
