MODULE BREAKDOWN
Module 1: Called, Not Rushed Understand the difference between being chosen and being sent. You’ll identify your current Esther season and release the pressure to perform, compare, or force God’s timing. Outcome: Peace, clarity, and confidence in where you are now.
Module 2: The Hidden Season Explore the power of obscurity, separation, and spiritual development. Learn how God uses hidden seasons to form character, not punish calling. Outcome: A renewed perspective on waiting—and the grace to wait well.
Module 3: Healing Before the Crown Address soul wounds, identity fractures, and internal resistance that could sabotage future leadership. Healing is not a detour—it’s preparation. Outcome: Emotional wholeness and spiritual stability.
Module 4: Favor With Wisdom Learn how Esther navigated favor without pride and influence without compromise. This module focuses on discernment, humility, and divine strategy. Outcome: Confidence to steward favor responsibly.
Module 5: Courage for the Call Examine Esther’s turning point—when preparation met obedience. You’ll learn how to respond when God calls you forward, even when the risk feels real. Outcome: Bold obedience rooted in faith, not fear.
Module 6: Positioned for Purpose Step into alignment, not striving. This module helps you integrate everything you’ve learned and prepare for what God is releasing next. Outcome: Readiness, not anxiety, for your next season.
